Brett Thompson Racing has kicked off the day in superb fashion by winning the first race on the card at Gunnedah today with the highly promising filly Covenant. Today was 2nd up from a spell for Covenant and it was pleasing to see her take the improvemant from her last start 3rd at Wellington over a much shorter trip into todays race and win well for her connections. Going on her 1st 2 runs back from a spell it looks like her connections are going to have a lot of fun with her this preparation.
