Miss Ubiquity had been racing well this preparation without actually winning but all that changed yesterday at Scone when she won the Class 1 over 1600m. Back on the 16th of November she was to race at Wellington and that day our confidence was high of her winning but unfortunately those plans were interupted when storms in the area forced the meeting to be called off. Yesterdays Scone meeting looked to be the next best option although it was always going to be a much tougher assignment but to her credit she took her consistant form and good trackwork into the race and proved to be too strong for her opposition.
